- 1/2 tea spoon Lal mirch powder/pisi hui
- 1/2 tea spoon Kali mirch powder/pisi hui
- Namak hasbe zaiqa
- 1 tea spoon Mustard Sauce
- 1/2 tea spoon Pisa hua zeera/powder
- 1 tea spoon Soy sauce
- 1 tble spoon Hot sauce
- 1/2 Nimbu/Lemon
Fish Sauce
- 1 timater chopped
- 1 Shimla Mirch kati hui cubes
- 1 tble spooon Hot sauce
- 1 tea spoon Soy sauce
- 1/2 tea spoon Vinegar/Sirka
- 1/2 tea spoon Lal mirch powder/pisi hui
- Namak Hasbe Zaiqa
- 1 tea spoon Pisa hua zeera/powder

Instructions
- Sub se phely batay gy fish ky lya sary masalay ko achi tarah mix kar lain., Or Fish ko marinate kar lain.
- 1-2 ghantay ky lya fish ko rakh dain phir usky bad over ki grill ki achi tarah greasing kar lain oil se or fish ko us pe rakh dain.
- Oven men grill ky neechy ek pan bhi rakh dain or fish ko 200 centigrade pe adhay ghanty ky lya rakh dain. Or Usky bad fish ko thori der ky lya dum dain.
- Oven ki heat or timing apny oven ky hisab se set kar lain. bacha hua fish ka masla sauce men dalny ky lya rakh dain.
Fish Sauce Instruction
- Ab kuch oil pan men garam kar lain or timatar dal kar 5 minute ky lya dhak dain.
- Jab timatar naram hojain phir shimla mirch dal dain or 2 se 3 minute ky lya tal lain.
- Usky bad bacha hua fish ka masala, sirka/vinger, soy sauce, or baki suace ky masaly dal dain or 5 minute tak pakain.
- Jab oil nazar any lagy tou stove/chola band kar dain. Tandoori Fish With Fish Sauce Tayar hai. 🙂
