- 1 kg Chicken
- 4 cup Rice
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tble spoon Adrak & lassan paste
- 3 Bareeq Kati Piyaz/ Slices

- 2 tble spoon Lal mirch powder/pisi hui
- 1 tsp Kuti lal mirch
- 1/2 tsp Haldi
- Namak Hasbe zaiqa
- 4 Badiyan kay phool
- 1/2 cup Podina
- 1 cup Hara Dhania
- 4-5 Hari Mirch
- Mix garam masala Thora sa
- 1 tsp Kala zeera
- 2 sticks Daar cheeni
- 2 Choti Elaichi
- 3 Long
- 4 sticks Zafraan
- 4 tble spoon Milk
- 5 Aloo bukharay
- 2 Taiz patta
- 3 tble spoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Biryani essence
- 1 tble spoon Kewra water

- 1 pan main oil or katay huay piyaz golden honay tak fri karain.ab is fried piyaz ko blender main kuti hui lal mirch ,dahi,katay huay timater or 3 hari mirchain blend karain.
- Ab aik bowl main chicken ko adrak lassan paste,pisi hui lal mirch,haldi,namak,2 hari mirchain,garam masala,lemon juice kay sath 1/2 hour kay liay marinate karain.
- Aik pateelay main marinated chicken,daar cheeni,choti elaichi,long,podinay k pattay,kata hua hara dhania,kala zeera,aloo bukharay,namak,blend hua piyaz ka paste,timater or hari michain shamil kar kay paka lain
- Ab alag chawal ko tez pattay k sath boil karain.jub ek kani reh jay tu pani chaan lain.
- Jub chicken pak jay tu badiyan kay phool,podina or hara dhania dal dain.5 minute mazeed pakain.
- Ab aik layer chawal ki pateeli main bichain.phir is main gravy ki layer bichain phir akhri layer chawal ki lagain.
- Zafran ki sticks ko doodh main dissolve kar lain.phir zafran mila doodh,thora sa orange colour,kewra water or biryani essence chawal ki har layer main dal dain or dhakan bund ker kay dheemi anch per 15-20 minutes dum per laga dain.
- Akhir main chawal ko mix ker lain.mazaidar degi biryani tayar hay. Raitay or salad kay paish karain.
