- Sub se phele Ata, Namak, Khamira, Sugar Mein Garam Dodh Shamil karke ek Aty ka Bara Peraa Bana Lein.
- Phir Us mein 1 khany ka chamcha shamil kar lein aur usko goond lein.
- Goond ne ke bad isko ghee ya oil lage ek bowl men 1 ghanty ke lya rakh dein.
- Usky Bad is mein thora khushk ata chirak kar thora aur goondh lein. Phir uske chote chote perry pana lein.
- Uske bad Tawa garam kar lein or aty ke perry ko belan se thory lamby shape mein bail lein or us pe thora lassan or hara dhania chirak ker or bail lein.
- Uske bad thori khushki agar zarorat ho tou dal len or taway pe daal dein. or palat kar thora pani laga len naan ko.
- Usky baad naan ki geeli side ko ek pan mein kuch seconds ke liye paka lein.
- Phir tawa hata ker Naan ko direct aanch pe saik lein or thora taway pe bhi paka lein taky brown spots again.
- Naan Pak jaane ky bad usko butter se hasbe zarorat chikna kar lein. Or garam garam serve karein.
