- 1 Piyaz
- 1 table spoon Bareek kati adrak
- 1 tsp Zeera
- 2 Choti Elaichi
- 1/2 Cup Timatar/Tomatoes
- 1 table spoon Lal mirch powder/pisi hui
- 1 tsp Haldi
- 1 tsp Pisa garam masala
- Namak/salt Hasbe Zaiqa
- 2 Aloo
- 1 Phool gobi
- 1 Cup Milk/Dodh
- Hara dhania, Hari Mirch Hasbe Zaiqa

Instructions
- Sube phele ek pan mein oil garam karke piyaz halki gulabi kar lein phir us mein adrak, zeera, elachi dal kar fry kar lein.
- Ab timatar, pisi hui lal mirch, haldi, pisa hua garam masala aur namak shamil karke masala bhoon lein.
- Phir is mein cubes mein katy aloo aur phool gobi dal dein aur thora pani shamil kar lein aur sath hi doodh daal kar dam pe rakh dein.
- Jab sabzi gal jaye tou hara dhaniya aur hari mirch dal dein, Mazedar Aloo Gobi tayar hai.
