- 1 tbsp Bhuna kuta zeera
- 1 Egg/Anda
- Oil Fry kareny ke liye

- 3 Medium Piyaz/Onion ka paste
- 1 tbsp Adrak & lassan paste
- 1 tsp Namak/salt
- 2 tsp Lal mirch powder/pisi hui
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 cup Timatar/Tomatoes paste
- 4 Hari Mirch
- Hara Dhania Garnishing Ke Liya

Instructions
- Sub se phely chicken ke sath bataye gaye saray masalay mix kar lein or 30 minute ke liye fridge mein rakh dein.
- Ab gravy ke liya ek pan mein oil garam karke piyaz ka paste 10 minute tak fry karen usky bad adrak lassan paste, laal mirch powder, namak, timatar paste pakain
- Jab oil alag hony lagy tou hari mirch daal dein or pan ko stove/choly se hata lein.
- Fridge mein rakhe gaye chicken ko lamby kabab, kofta ya jesy chahy shape dy kar aram se ek ek karke gravy mein dal dein
- 15 minute Koiley ki smoke dein or akhir mein hara dhaniya se garnish kar lain.
