- 1 Cup Nido/Millac Milk Powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Oil/Ghee
- 1 Egg/Anda
- Oil/Ghee Fry karne ke liye

- 1+1/2 Cup Water
- 3-4 Elaichi
- 1 Cup Sugar/ Chinni

Gulab Jamun
- Sub se phele gulab jamun ke liye batai gai ajza ko achi tarah mix kar lein
- Uske baad isko thora gund lein aur iski gulab jamun size ki balls bana lein. Gund huy thori oil apne hath pe laga lein
- Uske baad in balls ko karahi mein brown hone tak fry kar lein
Sheera
- Sheeray ke lya ek bara pan ly lein aur us men pani, sugar/chini aur elaichi daal kar pakain
- Jab sugar/chinni achi tarah gul jaye tou halki aanch kar dein.
- Note: Agar gundty huy gulab jamun ziada naram lagy tou milk thora milk powder shamil kar dein.
- Note: Ek waqt mein 4 se 5 gulab jamun fry karien take baqi na jalain.
- Ab sheeray mein daal kar garam serve karen.
