- 1/2 kg Chicken
- 1/4 cup Water
- 6 Hari Mirch grind kar lein
- 1 tsp Adrak & lassan paste
- 2 Timater sliced katy huy
- 1 tbsp Adrak lambi kati hui (julienne cut)
- 1 tsp Namak/salt
- 1/2 Cup Ghee/Oil
- 1/2 Cup Dahi/Yogurt
- 1 tsp Kasuri meethi
- 3 Hari Mirch Lambi kati hui (julienne cut)
- 1/2 tsp Kali Mirch tazi pisi hui
- 1/2 tsp Kuti laal mirch

- Sub se phele tawa garam kar lein phir pani, grind hui chicken, 1/2 cup ghee/oil, adrak lassan paste, timatar slices hui aur bone less chicken daal dein.
- Isko cover kerky halki aanch pe 10 ke liye pakain.
- Uske bad namak, kuti kali mirch, kuti laal mirch, lambi kti hui adrak, phenti hui dahi, kasuri methi daal kar pakain jab tak gravy tohri thick/garhi hojaye aur oil alag hone lagy.
- Uske bad hari mirch cut krkey garnish karke serve karen.
