Ingredients
- 1 pao Gehun
- 2 tbs Ghee
- ½ pao Chini
Instructions
- Gehun ke aatay ko ek thal main dalain or uske beach main garha bana kar us mani chini dal dain.
- Phir is main thora sa ghee or garam pani dal kar usay achi tarhan gohnd lain.
- Phir usay 15 mint tak chor dain takay aata sakht ho jaye.
- Ab uske parey bana kar royi ki tarhan bail lain.
- Phir tawa garam kar ke us par roti saikh lain.
- Jab ap paratha saikh lain to us garam garam parathy par sirf ek taraf ghee lagayen.
- Isi tarhan tamam parathy paka lain, parathy ki tarhan mazedar Gehun ka paratha tyar hain.
