Baingun Ka Bharta Recipe

Ingredients:
½ kilo Baigun
4 adad hari mirch
2 adad piyaz(bari)
1 ½ tbsp imli
Namak(Haasbe zaika)
Chand pattay podina
1 tsb lal mirch(pisi hui)
Ghee(Haasbe zarorat)
Method/ Instructions:
- Sab se pehlay baingun ko pani main ubal kar un ke chilkay utar lain.
- Imli ko thori dair pani main bhigo dain.
- Chilkay utaray hue baingano ko pice kar bhurta bana lain.
- Ab is bhurtay main lal mirch or namak miladain.
- Piyaz ko barIk katar lain.
- Ab ghee ko garam kar ke piyaz ke lachon ko lal karlain, baingun ke bhurtay ko is main dalain.
- Imli ke beej nikal kar us ka pani shamil kardain.
- Thori dair bad hari mirch or podina kat kar shamil kardain.
- Ab isay khoob bhoney, baingun ka madrasi bhurta tayar hai.
- Dastarkhwan ki zinat banayen.
