Vegetable Pulao Recipe With Easy Steps & Instructions

Ingredients:
½ pao baigun(tukray kar lain)
1 cup matar ke danay
2 adad aalo(tukray kar lain)
½ cup freshbean(1 inch lambi kat lain)
1 adad piyaz
½ pao dahi
2 tsp garam masala(pisa hua)
2 tsp adrak,lehson(pisa hua)
1 chutki zarday ka rang
Namak (Haasbe zaika)
3 pao chawal
Tail (Haasbe zaika)
Hari mirch, hara dhannia ,phodina (Haasbe zaika)
Method/ Instructions:
- Chawal ko dho kar 1 ghanta bhigo dain.
- 1 ghanta bad 1 kuni kachay rahney tak ubal lain, phir chahan lain.
- Ab tamam tarkariyon ko alag alag tal lain, ek sath hergiz na talain.
- Degchi main piyaz dal kar surkh kar lain or aadhi alag kar lain or aadhi adrak lehson dal kar bhon lain.
- Is main dahi or aadha garam masala bhi shamil kar ke bhon lain.
- Tamam tarkariyan is main dal kar thora sa bhon lain.
- 1 bari degchi main thora sa tail laga kar pehlay chawal ki teh dey dain.
- Ab garam masala chirak dain, iske uper khari hari mirch, dhannia or phodina katar ke dal dain.
- Zarday ka rang thoray pani main ghol kar chirak dain, sab se uper surkh ki hui piyaz dal kar ½ ghantay(hour) dam dain.
- Raita or salaad ke sath tarkari palao ka lutfdobala ho jaye ga.
