Spicy Lamb Leg Raan Recipe
Ingredients:
1 kilo mutton(ran)
1 cup sirka
Kali mirch(Haasbe zaika)
1½ tbsp adrak
½ pao ghee
Namak(Haasbe zaika)
Method/ Instructions:
- Ghosht ka tukra ya ran katain or achi tarhan dho lain.
- Ab adrak ko barik pice lain is main kali mirch or namak pice kar mila dain.
- Ye sab masala sirkay main mila dain ye sirka ran par mel dain or 1 ya 2 ghantay(hour) ke liye rakh dain.
- Phir ek degchi main ghee dal kar is par ran ya ghosht ka tukra dal dain or halki aanch par surkh honay dain.
- Jab surkh ho jaye to is main pani dal dain.
- Itna pani dalain ke wo tukra gal jaye.
- Galney par isay dubara lal kar lain or nikal kar sabit ka sabit hi paish Karain.
