- Burtan main oil garam karain.
- Is main mutton,adrak lassan paste,pisi hui lal mirch aur namak dal ker 5 minute tak bhoonain.
- Is main dahi shamil karain aur musalsal bhoontay rahain yahan tak k pani khushk hojay.phr pani shamil karain or dhak kar paknay dain.
- Alag se grinder main zeera,saunf,kali mirch,sonth,bari elaichi,long,jaifal or javatri daal ker pees lain.
- Ab 2 se 3 khanay k chamchay bhar k pisa hua masala mutton walay pan main shamil karain.achi tarah mix karain phr halki anch per paknay dain.
- Alag se 2 cup pani pani main 6 khanay k chamchay maida ghol ker kunnay k amaizay main shamil karain.
- Ab ek fry pan main oil garam karain phr piaz daal ker golden karain phir kunnay per dal ker tarka laga dain.
- Ab mutton kunna tayar hy decoration karky garam nan ky sath paish karain.
