- 1/2 Packet Egg Noodles
- 300 Grams Chicken Bone Less
- 1 Piyaz
- 1 Shimla Mirch
- 2-3 Dhandian Hari Piyaz
- 1/2 Cup Bund Gobi
- 3 tble spoon Soya sauce
- 2 tble spoon Corn Flour
- 3 Javay Lassan ( Chopped)
- 1 Inch Adrak (Chopped)
- 1 Tea spoon Kuti Kali Mirch
- 1/3 Tea spoon Chinese Salt
- 2 Cup Yakhni
- 4 Tble spoon Oil
- Namak Hasbe zaiqa

- Phely pani ko garam karain or 2 tble spoon oil dalain ismy noodles dal kar 5 minute ky lya ubal lain.
- Phir nikal kar thandy pani men dal lain, jab noodles thandy hojain tou nikal kar side pe rakh dain.
- Phir ek pan men 4 tble spoon oil garam kar ky ismy adhay noodles deep fry karain phir ek dish men phely boiled noodles dalain phir crispy noodles dalain.
- Ab ek pan men oil lassan, adrak or piyaz dal kar fry karain, ismy soya sauce kali mirch, chinese salt or namak dalain.
- phir ismy 2 cup yakhni shamil karain boil any par shimla mirch hari piyaz or bund gobi dalian or 5 minute ky lya paka lain.
- Phir 2 tble spoon corn flour pani men ghol kar thora thora shamil karain , jab amaizah garah hojay tou utar lain or noodles par dal lain.
- Akhir men hari piyaz se garnish karain or serve karain. 🙂
