Ingredients
- 2 Cup Boiled Channa
- 1 Boiled Aloo
- 1 Timatar slices kar lain
- 1 Tsp Zeera Powder
- 2 Tsp Lal Mirch Powder
- Namak hasbe zaiqa
- Chuntey hasbe zarurat
- 2 Piyaz Slice kar lain
- Imli ki chutney
- Hari Chutney
- Raita
Instructions
- Sub se phele safaid chanay ubal kar kisi pan mein namak, pisi laal mirch, zeera powder dal kar halka mix kar lain.
- 1 tbsp pani daal kar isko wet/geela kar lain uske baad ubly huy aloo ke pieces karke is mein mix kar lain.
- Uske bad isko thora steam karke.
- Kisi bowl mein nikal lain.
- Slices hui piyaz, timatar aur podina shamil kar dain.
- Usky bad Imli ki chutney, raita aur hari chutney ki topping karke serve karain.
- Imli ki Chutney: Imli ke beej nikal kar, pani shamil karke iska pulp patla kar lain uske bad zeera powder, pisi laal mirch, namak/salt aur thori sugar/chinni daal kar boil kar lain itna pakain jitna patla ya garha rakhna ho.
- Hari Chutney: Podina, hari mirch, hara dhania, aur adha timatar, lemon juice aur namak shamil karke blend kar lain.
- Raita: Dahi/yogurt mein zeera, adrak lassan paste, aur namak shamil karke thora si hari chutney shamil kar den aur chamchy se phent lain.
