Ingredients:
1 pao gajer
½ kilo ghosht
½ pao ghee
2 adad piyaz(dermiani)
1 tbsp adrak lehson
1 tsp surkh mirch(pisi hui)
Namak (Haasbe zaika)
1 tbsp khopra(pisa hua)
Method/ Instructions:
- Sab se pehlay gajer dho ke cheel lain or gol gol katlon ki shakal main kat lain.
- Ghosht saf kar kar uski botiyan banayen or phir usey dho lain.
- Phir ghosht ko adrak lehson or mirch laga kar rakh dain.
- Ek degchi main ghee garam kar ke piyaz kat kar lal kar lain or ghosht is main baghar lain.
- Ab 1 cup pani dal kar ghosht galnay ke liye chor dain.
- Jab ghosht gal jaye or pani khushk ho jaye to khopra mila dain.
- Is k bad gajer dal kar usey bhoney.
- Jab gajer gal kar ghosht main mil jaye to isay dam laga dain.
