- 2 Nimbu/Lemon
- 2 Piyaz
- 3 Sabut Lal Mirch
- 4 Hari Mirch
- 6 Choti Elaichi
- 1/2 Gathi Podina
- 1 tea spoon Sabut dhania
- 1 tea spoon Safaid Zeera
- 1 tble spoon Chanay
- 1 tble spoon Adrak & lassan paste
- 1 tble spoon Bihari Masala
- 2 tble spoon Oil
- Namak Hasbe Zaiqa

Instructions
- Phely sabut lal mirch, sabut dhania, safaid zeera, choti elaichi, chanay, bari elaichi ko bareek pees lain.
- Phir oil/gheen garam kar ky piyaz golden/brown kar ky nikal lain.
- Ab qeema men namak, adrak-lassan paste, bihari masala, dahi, numbu ka ras, or hari mirch achi tarah milain or degchi men dal dain.
- Jab pani khuskh hojay tou usko halka sa bhoon kar dish men nikal lain.
- Akhir men upar tali hui piyaz or podina dal kar serve karain.
