- 1 Kg Beef/Chicken/Mutton Qeema
- 2 Timatar Kuty huy beej nikal lein.
- 3 Hari piyaz ke paty bareek katy huy
- 1 Gathi Hara Dhania bareek kati hui
- 1/2 Gathi Podina Bareeq kati hui
- 1 Egg/anda paka hua 1 tbsp oil ke sath
- 3/4 Cup Atta
- Namak/salt Hasbe Zaiqa
- 2 tsp Pisi laal mirch
- 2 tsp Kuti hui laal mirch
- 2 tsp Anardana
- 2 tsp Sabut dhania
- 2 tsp Zeera
- 2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tbsp adrak lassan pisa hua

Instructions
- Bataye gai agza ko achi tarha mix kar lein.
- Aur marinate karke 2 ghanty ke liya chor dien.
- Tikia bana kar halke haath se fry karein, agar kabab totty laga tou thora ata mix kar lein.
- Garam, raita chutney ke sath serve karein.
