- 2 Cup Chicken Bonless Boti/Strips
- 5 tbsp Chicken tikka boti masala
- 4 tbsp Chicken Tandoori masala
- 1 tsp Nimbu ka ras
- 3 tbsp Dahi yogurt
- 2 tbsp Adrak & lassan paste
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- Namak/salt Hasbe zaiqa
- 1 Egg/Anda Ya bread crumbs coating ke liye

Instructions
- Sub se phele batai gai ajza ko chicken mein marinate kar lein.
- Thori der ke liye marinate hui chicken ko side pe rakh dein.
- Uske Bad chicken ki 3 se 4 boti/strips stick ke hisab se laga dein.
- Sticks mein lagane ke baad ya tou bread crumbs ya egg se coat karke deep fry karen.
- Sauce ya chutney ke sath serve karen.
