- Chicken kay cubes kaat lain.Phir mixing bowl main oyester sauce,lehsan paste,chilli garlic sauce,namak,kuti kali mirch,shimla mirch,piyaz,timater or chicken daal ker achi tarah mix karain.
- Ab anday ki safedi,corn flour or maida shamil ker kay mix karain or adhay ghantay kay liay chor dain
- Phir barbecue sticks per pehlay shimla mirch,chicken ka piece,timater phir piyaz laga dain.
- Akhir main pan main oil garam ker kay is main sticks fri karain ya bake kar lain.
