- 10 Piyaz Slices hui
- Sabut garam masala Hasbe Zaiqa
- 1 Cup Dahi/Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Adrak & lassan paste
- 5 Timater
- 6 Laal gol mirch
- 6 Hari Mirch
- 3 tsp Sabut dhania Fry krke koot lein.
- 2 tsp Salt/Namak
- 1 Taiz patta
- 1 tsp Pisa hua zeera/powder
- 1 tsp Pisi laal mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp Haldi/turmeric

- Sub se pehle chicken ko oil mein fry kar lein aur ek side pe rakh dein.
- Phir us karahi mein 10 piyaz pink hone tak fry karen aur 5 timatar daal dein.
- Uske bad saray dry masalay daal dein aur dahi/yogurt , chicken aur adrak lassan paste ke sath pakain.
- Agar chicken ko aur soft krna hou tou thora pani aur shamil kar dein.
- Jab chicken ka color change hojaye aur pak jaye tou piyaz aur timatar wale pan mein shamil kar dein.
- 10 minute tak mazeed pakain aur achi tarha mix kar lein.
- Usky bad dish out kar lein , hara dhania aur hari mirch se garnish karke garam garam serve karain.
