- 1+1/2 Cup Sugar/ Chinni
- 1+1/2 tbsp Kalonji
- 1 tbsp Pisi laal mirch
- 1 tsp Kali Mirch
- 1/2 tsp Salt/Namak

- Sub se phele Kerry ko cheel lain aur chote cubes mein kat lein, aur 2-3 ghanty ke liye pani mein bhigo dein.
- Usi pani ke sath pakain aur 1+1/2 cup chinni/sugar daal dein, agar pani kum lagy tou aur daal dein hata ke sari kerry sai se dip ho jain.
- Uske bad 1+1/2 tbsp kalonji, 1 tbsp pisi hui lal mirch, 1/2 tsp kali mirch & 1/2 tsp namak daal dein.
- Isko pakain jab jam jesi thickness/garha pan aane lage toh thanda karke kisi jar mein daal kar fridge mein rakh dein.
