- 1 Mutthi Kari Patta Ek mutthi
- 1 tsp Zeera
- 1 tsp Sabut dhania
- 1 tsp Kalonji
- 1 tsp Rai
- 1 tsp Khush Meethi ke patty
- 1 tsp Ajwain
- 1 tbsp Pisi laal mirch
- 2 tbsp Kuti hui laal mirch
- Namak/salt Hasbe Ziaqa
- 1 tsp Haldi
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tbsp Sugar/ Chinni
- 1/2 Cup Oil

- Sub se pehle ek pan mein oil garam kar lein phir kari patta daal dein, pakain jab tak kari patty ki khush ane lage.
- Ab zeera daal dein aur sabut dhania, kalonji, rai, methi ke pattay, ajwain daal kar crisp hone tak fry karen.
- Ab uske bad imli ka paste daal kar achi tarha bhoon lein jab tak oil alag honey lage. thora pani bhi daal dein bhunty huy.
- Baki sari bataye gai masalay daal kar pakain. thori der baad Aloo daal dein aur 1/4 cup pani bhi daal dein.
- Uske bad halki aanch pe karke pakain taky gravy na ziada patli na ziada dry rahe.
- Dish out kar len aur kuti laal mirch aur hara dhania se garnish karke serve karen.
