- 1+1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 tea spoon Adrak & lassan paste
- 1 Shimla Mirch kati hui Slices
- 1 Bareeq Kati Piyaz/ Slices Slices
- 2 table spoon Cheddar cheese
- 2 Cup Tetra Pack Cream
- 4 Cream Cheese Triangles For Garnishing
- 4 table spoon Milk/Dodh
- 1 tea spoon Namak/salt
- 2 tea spoon Chicken powder
- 1 tea spoon Safaid Mirch
- 1 tea spoon Garam masala

Instructions
- Sub se phely 1 cup oil ko pan men garam kar lain, phir chicken dal kar 5 se 8 minute fry karain.
- Phir oil or chicken ko alag kar lain.
- Phir ek Mitti wali handi lain or us mn 1/2 cup oil dal kar , adrak-lassan paste, piyaz, or shimla mirch dal kar 2 minute ky lya fry karain.
- Phir chicken dal kar cheddar cheese or tetra pack wali cream dal dain or usko pakain.
- Akhir men Jab chicken ka color white sa hony lagy phir triangle wali 3 cheese dal dain, or milk/dodh, namak, chicken powder, white pepper, or garam masala dal dain.
- Or phir flame/choola bhuja den akhir men bacha hua triangle cheese ko garnish karky serve karain.
