- 2 Cup Maida
- 1 Chutli Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Namak/salt
- 2 tbsp Milk powder
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar

- 300 grams Ubla hua chicken ka qeema 1/2 tsp salt/namak add kar lein boil ke waqt
- 1/2 tsp Kali Mirch
- 1 tbsp Timatar/Tomatoes paste
- 2 tbsp Water
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/4 tsp Dhania
- 1 bareek kata hua piyaz
- 1 bareek kati hui shimla mirch
- 1 bareek kata hua timatar thora timatar ko paka lein (3 minutes)

Instructions
- Sabse pehle dough/pera bana lein garam pani daal kar or kuch der ke liye aise chord dein.
- Phir 2 zara moti si roti bana lein taky final paratha us se bany.
- Ab filling waly sub ingredients chicken mein mix kar lein.
- Usky bad is saray mixture ko ek roti pe layer bana dein or mozzarella cheese upar se chirak dein.
- Usk baad isko dusri roti se cover kar dein, or apni finger/ungli se paratha ki sides seal kar dein.
- 3 tbsp oil mein ek paratha banain or golden hone tak paratha pakain.
