- 1 Kg Chicken/Beef Qeema Hath ka Pisa hua

- 1/2 Cup Yogurt/dahi
- 1+1/2 tbsp Adrak & lassan paste
- 3 tbsp Besan
- 2 tbsp Lal Mirch
- 1 tbsp Kuti hui lal mirch
- 1 tbsp Haldi
- 2 tbsp Hara dhania powder
- 1 tbsp Kali Mirch tazi pisi hui
- 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
- Namak Hasbe Zaiqa
- 1 Cup Oil/Ghee
- 1 small Piyaz

- Sabse pehle qeema ko ghost galany waly powder, adrak lassan paste or dahi laga kar mix kar lein or 30 minutes ke liya chor dein.
- Usky bad ek pan mein saray dry masalay daal kar bhoon lein jab tak besan ki smell any lagy aur masalay color change kar lein.
- Usky bad ya sara masala chicken mein marinate kar lein aur mazeed 30 minute ke liye rakh dein.
- Usky bad 1 chota pyaz fry kar lein jab golden honey lagy tou marinate hua qeema is mein daal dein aur thora fry karen.
- Ab ek cup pani ka daal kar dum dein tightly upar se lid/dhakan bund kar dein
- Pani ka khayal rakhein agar dry honey lagy tou thora aur add kar dain.
- 30 minute bad coal ka dum dy dain.
- Mazeed spicy banane ke liye 1 tbsp seekh kabab masala add kar dain.
