Ingredients:
1 adad Chicken(dermiyana)
1 ½ pao dahi
2 adad adrak(chotay tukray)
6 ada ilaichi
2 tukray darchini
1 jawitri chota tukra
3 tsp kachay papetay ka arq
Haasbe zaika namak
Haasbe zarorat zarday ka rung
Method/ Instructions:
- Sab se pehlay chicken dho kar achi trhan iska pait saf kar ke khushk kar lain.
- Phir khaney walay kantay ya nokdar cheez se godh lain.
- Darchini, ilaichi ke khurd danay, lehson, jawitri or adrak ko barik pice lain or isi main papitay ka arq, namak, lal mirch or dahi achi tarhan miladain.
- Phir Chicken k ander or bahir achi tarhan ye masala lag dain.
- Agar ap ke ghar ke pas koi tandoor hai to isay bhej dain ke ujrat par Chicken tayar kar day, agar apke ghar main tandoor hai to 1 lambi salakh kar iske 1 traf 1 paira sakht ata gondh kar laga dain.
- Phir is pairay ko aag par saikhain.
- Jab sakht ho ke is salakh par jam jaye to salakh ki dusri taraf Chicken phair dain ata lagnay se Chicken salakh se nhi nikal sakay ga.
- Or dusri traf se jalnay ya kharab honay ka dar rahay ga.
- Tandoor main aag ke samnay Chicken ko utalat palat krti rahain, ta ke har taraf se khoob sekh jaye.
- Jab Chicken surkh ho jaye to samajh lain ka Chicken tyar hai.
