Ingredients:
1 adad kaleji
5 adad hari mirch
1 pao hari piyaz
1 pao timatar
Lal mirch(pisi hui) (Haasbe zaika)
Namak(Haasbe zaika)
1 Bothi lehson
1 gaddi hara dhannia
Method/ Instructions:
- Kaleji ki botiyon ko lehson ke sab jawon ke sath ubal kar degchi se nikla kar rakh lain.
- Lehson ka pani phenk dain or degchi main ghee dal kar karkarany ke bad is main kaleji ki botiyan dal kar inhay fry Karain.
- Chand mint ke bad in main barik katri hui adhi piyaz mila dain.
- Or jab ye markab pakney lagay to baki piyaz , katri hui hari mirchain, haray timatar or ublay hue lahson ke jawey, pisi lal mirch, namak or katra hua hara dhannia dal dain.
