 - 1 Kg Yogurt/dahi
 - 2 tbsp Adrak & lassan paste
 - 8 Choti Elaichi
 - 8 Sabut Kali Mirch
 - 1 tbsp Dhania powder
 - 1/2 tbsp Haldi
 - 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
 - 1 tbsp Kuti hui lal mirch
 - 1 Cup Oil
 - 1 tbsp Namak/salt
 - Kewra essence kuch katry/drops

    Instructions
    
                - Sub se phele piyaz ko bareek kat kar oil mein fry kar lain takay golden hojay.
 - Usky bad piyaz ko nikal thora khushk kar lein kisi akbar ya sheet pe, uske bad usi oil men adrak lassan paste, dahi, baki saray masalay, namak wagera ke sath darmiyani aanch pe pakain.
 - Jab Dahi watery/patli si hone lagy taqreeban 5 minute baad chicken daal dein aur 10 minute tak pakain.
 - Usky bad fry huy piyaz ko achi traf koot lein aur is mein shamil kar den. aur 15-20 minute tak pakain aur chamcha chalti rahe taki masalay neechy na lagy
 - Jab Qormay ka color aane lage aur aamezah sai lagy tou utar lein or adrak ki garnishing ke sath serve karen.
 
        Tips    
                - Bahar ki tali hui piyaz har giz istemal na karen.
 - Jesy Bataya gaya hy wesy hi tartib se masalay aur deegar cheezain dalain.
 - Piyaz ko na zaida na kum fry karen.
 - Gravy ko kum ziada dahi se kiya ja sakta hy.
