Spicy Kaleji Recipe

Ingredients:

1 adad kaleji(dermiany size ki)
6 ½  tbsp ghee
3 adad piyaz
1 bothi lehson
Lal mirch (Haasbe zaika)
Namak (Haasbe zaika)
1 gaddi hara dhania

Method/ Instructions:

  1. Kaleji ki botiyon ko pani se khoob achi tarhan dho kar in ka khoon wagerah saf karlain.
  2. Phir isay ubal kar pisa hua masala bhon kar is main dal dain.
  3. Jab dekhain ke botiyan bhoney ko hen tou thora sa pani dal dain.
  4. Yehi pani kaleji ka garha garha shorba ban jayega.
  5. Pani dalnay ke bad zayada dair tak na pakyen warna botiyan halwa ho jayen gi.
