Korma Recipe In Urdu

Ingredients:

½ kilo ghosht
1 tsp zafran
1 tbsp garam masala
6 jawey lehson
½ kilo piyaz
¼  tsb haldi
7 adad badam ki giryan
½ pao dahi
10 garm adrak
Namak (Haasbe zaika)
Surkh mirch(Haasbe zarorat)

Method/ Instructions:

  1. Lehson, adrak, piyaz cheel kar barik kat lain.
  2. Ghosht haasbemansha choti botiyan kat kar dho lain or ek bartan main dal kar sath hi lehson, adrak, piyaz, haldi, khushk dhannia, namak, surkh mirch or 2 cup pani dal dain.
  3. Is bartan ko chulehy par rakh dain or halki aanch par 5 mint paknay ke bad zafran ko thoray pani main ghol kar badam ki giryan chilka utar kar dalain.
  4. 10 mint tak mazeed pakyen phir chulehy se utar lain.
  5. Phir pisa hua garam masala chirak kar dam lag kar chulehy se utar lain.
