Spicy Lamb Leg Raan Recipe

Ingredients:

1 kilo mutton(ran)
1 cup sirka
Kali mirch(Haasbe zaika)
1½ tbsp adrak
½ pao ghee
Namak(Haasbe zaika)

Method/ Instructions:

  1. Ghosht ka tukra ya ran katain or achi tarhan dho lain.
  2. Ab adrak ko barik pice lain is main kali mirch or namak pice kar mila dain.
  3. Ye sab masala sirkay main mila dain ye sirka ran par mel dain or 1 ya 2 ghantay(hour) ke liye rakh dain.
  4. Phir ek degchi main ghee dal kar is par ran ya ghosht ka tukra dal dain or halki aanch par surkh honay dain.
  5. Jab surkh ho jaye to is main pani dal dain.
  6. Itna pani dalain ke wo tukra gal jaye.
  7. Galney par isay dubara lal kar lain or nikal kar sabit ka sabit hi paish Karain.
