Ingredients
- 1 kilo ghosht(bagair haddi ka)
- ½ cup dahi
- 1 adad piyaz(dermiyani)
- ½ tsp haldi
- 1 tbsp dhannia
- 1 tsp adrak(pisa hua)
- Namak(Haasbe zaika)
- Lal mirch(pisi hui) (Haasbe zaika)
- Ghee(Haasbe zarorat)
Instructions
- Ghosht ke tukron ko ubaltey huwe pani main 5 mint bhigo dijiye phir nikal ke tamam masala or dahi mila dain ta k ghosht ke har tukray par masala achi tarhan lag jayen.
- Ab ghosht ki botiyon ko seekh par piro dain or koyelay par saikh lain.
- Saikhtay waqt botiyon par chamchay se ghee tapkatay jayen.
- Jab botiyan achi tarhan pak jayen to seekh se utar kar mazedar chatinyon or salad ke sath nosh farmyen.
