Ingredients
  1. 1 kilo ghosht(bagair haddi ka)
  2. ½ cup dahi
  3. 1 adad piyaz(dermiyani)
  4. ½ tsp haldi
  5. 1 tbsp dhannia
  6. 1 tsp adrak(pisa hua)
  7. Namak(Haasbe zaika)
  8. Lal mirch(pisi hui) (Haasbe zaika)
  9. Ghee(Haasbe zarorat)
Instructions
  1. Ghosht ke tukron ko ubaltey huwe pani main 5 mint bhigo dijiye phir nikal ke tamam masala or dahi mila dain ta k ghosht ke har tukray par masala achi tarhan lag jayen.
  2. Ab ghosht ki botiyon ko seekh par piro dain or koyelay par saikh lain.
  3. Saikhtay waqt botiyon par chamchay se ghee tapkatay jayen.
  4. Jab botiyan achi tarhan pak jayen to seekh se utar kar mazedar chatinyon or salad ke sath nosh farmyen.
